The Meuser Library presents a Truffle Making Workshop with Chocolatier Adel Gaspar-McKay in the Library Annex on Thursday, February 9th, from 6 to 8 pm. Participants will be guided through the process of making, customizing and packaging 25-30 truffles. The cost for supplies and instruction is $30.00 per person. Space is limited to 12 participants.
