You are spoiled for choice (and adventures) this month! Some of our partner sites are opening for the 2025 season with tours, programs, and new exhibitions. Take part in community activities like river clean-ups and sheep shearing, nature walks, history trivia nights, or family Easter programs. Enjoy historical lectures and film screenings or intimate workshops such as fraktur painting, scratch egg decorating, and basketmaking.

PASSPORT TO HISTORY WEEKENDS

NEW in 2025!

Our popular Passport to History annual event will be held on quarterly weekends throughout the year. As our number of partner sites grows, we want to give you an opportunity to enjoy four weekends (and four seasons) of old-fashioned fun in winter, spring, summer, and fall.

Step back in time with FREE admission, tours, activities, and programs for visitors of all ages. This year’s events will be held on the fourth weekend of the following months:
