Sports camp for those of beginner & intermediate levels6:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Emmanuel Assembly of God, in conjunction with Spanish Emmanuel, will be holding a Sports camp for those of beginner & intermediate levels.Children who have completed kindergarten through 6th grades are invited to join us. Each day the kids will be learning life-changing lessons via songs, videos & coaching. There will be daily small group clinics for the following sports:-basketball, cheer leading and soccer. Location: 1431 Lehigh Parkway East; Allentown (on the grounds of the church) and in part of the Lehigh Parkway across the street from the church.Time: 15th – 17th – 6:00 to 8:30 PMSaturday, the 18th, is 9:30 to noon. A RUMMAGE SALE will be held at Bethany UCC, 600 W. Market St., Bethlehem on Friday and Saturday, August 17 &18 and August 24 & 25 from 9 AM – 2 PM. Breakfast and lunch type food will be available. Registration will start at 11:30 AM followed by a shot gun start at 1:00 PM.
Cost is $90.00 per participant.

Child Evangelism Fellowship Fall Banquet10:45 AM – 10:00 PM
CEF of the Greater Lehigh Valley will be holding its fall banquet Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, 1151 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., Allentown, PA 18103.
Refreshments will be from 5:00- 6 pm and dinner and program from 6 – 7:45 pm. Dinner menu is chicken marsala, mixed vegetables, brown rice, rolls and dessert. The event is free! There will be an opportunity to give a financial gift to the CEF ministry.
Guest speaker will be WFMZ’s Rob Vaughn. Me Vaughn is an Emmy-nominated news anchor and reporter with WFMZ-TV 69 News. He has narrated numerous TV documentaries, is an author and sought after public speaker. Mr. Vaughn holds his M.A. and M. Div. degrees from Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA.
