Information eXchange Forum (IXF) – “Self-Defense: What to do in Dangerous Situations” by Jennifer Jacovsky
Life in Christ Church will be offering a seminar entitled “Self-Defense: What to do in Dangerous Situations.” It is FREE and open to everyone. The speaker will teach participants how to avoid dangerous situations and what to do when you find yourself in the middle of one. Jenn is a first degree black belt in Karate and a high brown belt in Taekwondo. She teaches self-defense techniques to victims of violence and abuse at the Center for Anti-Violence in Park Slope, Brooklyn, NY. In addition to being a self-defense instructor, she is also a life coach.
