      The annual Walk/Run for life sponsored by Care Net of the Lehigh Valley will be held May 4, 2013  Registration begins at 9:30 AM and the walk starts at 10:00 AM.  The event will be held at the Upper Saucon Township Community Park.  There will be a picnic for the whole family immediately following the walk.

      Psalmist & Minister B.J. Vavasseur will be in Allentownm PA on Sunday May 5th, 2013.  Join us as she brings forth the Word of God in her personal testimony and in songs of praise.  B.J. will be in Allentown for one day only… Two Services at 10 AM and 6 PM.  Come out and join us as we lift up the name of Jesus with Minister B.J.       Phoebe Apartments, 1901 Linden St., Allentown, will hold an Attic Treasures Sale from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 8, 2013. Items for sale include clothing, knick-knacks, household goods and furniture. Baked items and refreshments will also be available for sale.

      This will be our sixth year for this exciting event, with laps around Pocono Racetrack.  Last year we had 108 motorcycles and raised $8,000.00.  We are hoping to well exceed last year’s turn-out and fundraising.

      Note: the T-shirts will be yellow with black lettering as shown on the attachment.  shirts will only be guaranteed to those that pre-register by April 26th.

      Sweet & Salty Sisterhood Day with Sue Duffield. Sat., May 11th, 9 AM. Sue is a very engaging speaker. She will be doing a whole comedic & musical routine around this theme of Sweet & Salty. Being God’s women, no matter our personality differences. Sue not only has an incredible vocal ability, she also writes much of the material she performs.  She is in demand as a Speaker and Comedian as well, traveling and ministering to women’s groups across America, Canada and Bermuda.  Her latest free-lance writing includes; Laugh Lines, the National Women’s Ministries Magazine of the Assembly of God, as well as contributing author for John C. Maxwell’s latest book, Everyone Communicates few Connect. This is a breakfast event for ladies ages 12 and up. Tickets will be only $2.50 for the breakfast, a love offering will be received for the speaker. It will be held at Emmanuel Assembly of God Church, 1431 Lehigh Parkway East (At the corner of Wyoming St & Lehigh Parkway East, adjacent to the Regency Towers.) Allentown.
