      Teachers, preachers, leaders and all others interested in learning new
      and inventive ways to share Scripture through different forms of acting
      and storytelling are invited to this workshop given by professional,
      accomplished actors. Those who come will be invited to participate in a
      variety of drama and storytelling activities, including five ways to
      perform a story in church and how to use drama in worship and education.

      The Friends of the Groom Christian Theater Company is an
      interdenominational theater group from the greater Cincinnati area.
      Founded in 1980, they are dedicated to staging the Christian faith in an
      entertaining but challenging format. Their name refers to the image of
      Christ as the bridegroom in the New Testament. Visit

      The annual Walk/Run for life sponsored by Care Net of the Lehigh Valley will be held May 4, 2013  Registration begins at 9:30 AM and the walk starts at 10:00 AM.  The event will be held at the Upper Saucon Township Community Park.  There will be a picnic for the whole family immediately following the walk.

      Sweet & Salty Sisterhood Day with Sue Duffield. Sat., May 11th, 9 AM. Sue is a very engaging speaker. She will be doing a whole comedic & musical routine around this theme of Sweet & Salty. Being God’s women, no matter our personality differences. Sue not only has an incredible vocal ability, she also writes much of the material she performs.  She is in demand as a Speaker and Comedian as well, traveling and ministering to women’s groups across America, Canada and Bermuda.  Her latest free-lance writing includes; Laugh Lines, the National Women’s Ministries Magazine of the Assembly of God, as well as contributing author for John C. Maxwell’s latest book, Everyone Communicates few Connect. This is a breakfast event for ladies ages 12 and up. Tickets will be only $2.50 for the breakfast, a love offering will be received for the speaker.
